Logan Griffiths has been building with computers since he could sit in front of one. That curiosity turned professional through three years inside real estate, where he got a close look at the infrastructure that keeps a business running — CRMs, marketing pipelines, follow-up systems, and the handoffs between them.

He was also an early ChatGPT user in 2022 — curious enough about where AI was heading to pay close attention from the start. When he started his own mobile detailing business, he applied those lessons directly: automated workflows, a clean website, organized operations from day one.

In late 2024, a serious back injury and two surgeries forced a slowdown. It was a hard stretch — but it bought time to think clearly about which problem was worth fixing.
