What it really costs
Real-cost reality
Core is $49 a month, or $29 on annual billing, but it is a one-user plan. Add a single employee and you move to a team plan, which is the real step up in cost. Layer in Jobber Payments at 2.9 percent plus 30 cents a card transaction and a crew collecting a few thousand dollars a month in cards adds a meaningful line on top of the subscription.
Watch out for
- Core is one user only. Hiring your first employee forces a team plan, a large jump from $49
- Each plan caps users; extra seats run about $29 a user a month
- QuickBooks sync and two-way SMS are gated to higher plans, not Core
- Card processing (2.9 percent plus 30 cents) and ACH (1 percent) are flat add-ons on every plan
